Electric Hot Water Generators are manufactured as a compact electrical unit, which are available in vertical or horizontal type models with virtually no maintenance for years, requiring only connections to Water Supply and Electrical main supply. The capacity of Generators vary from 15kw. to 2000Kw, depending on the requirement of the customer. These are most useful for Central Hot Water in Industrial Complexes, Hotels, Farm Houses / Big residential Buildings etc.

These Hot Water Generators Come In Different Shapes/sizes And K. Watts As Specified By The Customer Generators For Recycling Of Water, For Water Storage etc.. Rc Uses The Latest End Technology With microprocessor based Step Controller, scr based proportional controller (stepless) And Digital Thermometers For More Accuracy And Power Saving.

Thus Making Our Hot Water Generator Maintenance Free. All These Hot Water Generators Are Pressure Tested in the range of 250-350 P.S.I.G. As Specified By The Customer.

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES :-
The Generators may be either Vertical or Horizontal Type as per availability of space for installation at roofs or basement of Buildings, Body and shell of Water Tank is generally of M.S Sheets, S.S Sheet optional Electrical resistance Immersion Type Heating Elements of Copper Tube Chrome Plated Heating Elements are used. High Standard internal wiring and Electrical Control Panel from an Integral part of Generator’s for safe and automatic control of Hot Water Temperature on continued basis.

Technical Specifications :-

  • Shell type:- Horizontal / vertical Material used for construction : mild steel/ stainless steel the shell can also be designed and tested As per the specified flow rate if desired by the customer.
  • Pressure testing:- 250-350 p.s.i.g. Depending on the requirement of the customer
  • Insulation:- 50/100 mm resin bonded thick fiber glass wool with 24/32 kg/cube m or as per Specified by the customer. Cladded with 0.8 aluminum sheet.
  • Heaters specification:-
    240 v + 10%, 50 cycle 3 phase a.c. SupplyFlange type
    ‘U’ tube in copper/ stainless steel/ incloy as specified by the customer
  • Note:- These heaters are installed in such a way that they could be removed without opening the Terminal plates or disturbing any other components.
  • Controls:- Digital step controller/thermostat for individual step Digital / dial type thermometer for inlet, outlet pipe (if using thermostats for control) Pressure gauge with ball valve for inlet, outlet pipe SCR based linear controller (step less) for hot water generators.
