Pan Type Humidifier

The Steam Humidifier also known as Pan Type ‘Humidifier has a tank (body) and Electrical Panel with safety stats and with fault indication.The Tank of Humidifier constructed in Stainless Steel or Mild Steel is separated in two chambers. The water enters the tank from one chamber and the other chamber consisting of heaters raises the temperature of water and once the temperature reaches its saturation point the water starts boiling. The water converts into vapor at 100 Deg C.The unit has a Thermostat to maintain high temperature max 110 Deg C and geyser stat wired with 0.5KW additional heater to maintain 75 Deg C inside the tank. The Humidifier consists of Inlet, drain, overflow and low level sockets. The water supply connected to the inlet socket provided with a float valve maintains water level. The unit also has a low level switch which cuts the power supply of the unit if the water level drops to a certain level. So that heater may not run dry and result in burn.The unit is pre-wired and ready to use. The Humidifier system (Unit) requires 415 Volt (3 Phase) power supply.
