EASY MAINTENANCE

High quality body and shell materials, master welding and fabrication, special wiring and Electrical Control Panel, there is hardly any need for time of time maintenance. Simple operation, involving connection to Water and Electric Main Supply, can be done by even a layman(but should be done by an electrician). In the event of any problem in replacement of worn out parts, our technicians are promptly deputed at Sites anywhere in the Country.

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES

The Geysers may be either Vertical or Horizontal Type as per availability of space for installation at roofs or basement of Buildings, Body and shell of Water Tank is generally of M.S Sheets, S.S Sheet optional Electrical resistance Immersion Type Heating Elements of Copper Tube Chrome Plated Heating Elements are used. High Standard internal wiring and Electrical Control Panel from an Integral part of Generator’s for safe and automatic control of Hot Water Temperature on continued basis.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Shell type: Horizontal / vertical Material used for construction mild steel / stainless steel the shell can also be designed and tested As per the specified flow rate if desired by the customer.

Pressure testing: 250-350 p.s.i.g. Depending on the requirement of the customer

Insulation: 50/100 mm resin bonded thick fiber glass wool with 24/32 kg/cube mor as per Specified by the customer. Cladded with 0.8 aluminum sheet.

Heaters specification: 240 v + 10%, 50 cycle 3 phase a.c. Supply
Flange type
‘U’ tube in copper / stainless steel/incoloy as specified by the customer

Note: These heaters are installed in such a way that they could be removed without opening the Terminal plates or disturbing any other components.

Controls: Digital Temp. Controller for precise control.
